Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has replaced the 2009 and 2010 world’s sexiest woman, Cheryl Cole, to be named FHM’s sexiest woman of 2011.

The 24 year old model/actress took the top spot thanks to the publicity gained after replacing Megan Fox in the third installment of the Transformers films. It also helps that Miss Whiteley has been modeling for Victoria’s Secret since she was 19.

This amazing specimen of the human race got the role in Transformers thanks to having worked with Michael Bay in a Victoria’s Secret commercial and being named as the “Female Star of Tomorrow” for 2011 at the CinemaCon awards.

Since ability to act has clearly never been important for females in Michael Bay movies, she was the obvious choice once Megan Fox pulled out (or got fired). Either way I don’t really care, as Whiteley is significantly more beautiful that Fox, and can surely act at the same level or better (assuming she can walk and talk at the same time).

Unfortunately none of you guys really have a shot at her, since she’s currently dating this guy:

I don’t care who you are, it’s impossible to beat out Jason Statham. He is, hands down, the most badass guy in the world. If I need someone to drive fast while shooting a gun and looking intense, he’s the first guy I would call.
